Cancellations
I completely understand that families have busy schedules. To best support all students, please notify me at least 24 hours before the session if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show Policy
Because preparation time is invested in every session, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
Thank you for understanding and helping keep the schedule fair for all students.
Rescheduling
If you give advance notice, I’m always happy to reschedule within the same week if possible, or add an additional session to the end of your 4-, 6-, or 8-week series.
